This patient is 50 years old and concerned about her lower face and neck skin laxity. She got a nice improvement with a lower facelift, neck lift and perioral laser resurfacing to address the wrinkling around her mouth. She is quite pleased with her rejuvenated look. She does demonstrate that we cannot completely smooth out marionette lines from the corner of the mouth with a facelift. However, she will see further improvement with filler in this area.
