This 37-year-old woman is almost 6 ft tall and desires 500 cc implants. She chose saline implants because she has plenty of her own breast tissue for padding. In her post operative pictures, the implant level is still a little high at four months. We discuss with all patients how they can stop the settling of the implants when they desire. Because she is tall, she decided to stop her implants a little higher than most women to achieve the optimal nipple level. This is the right decision for her with her height and desire to have a smaller upper chest. She is very happy with the softness and natural feel of her breasts.
