This Virginia Beach woman in her mid-forties was interested in improving the shape of her trunk and buttock fat injections. She had severe depressions on the sides of her buttock where she was lacking fat, partly related to aging, with skin almost on the bone. I explained that this depth of depression would probably require two sessions of fat grafting. However, she decided that she was quite pleased after this one procedure. She had 960cc of her own fat injected on the right and 1195cc on the left. If she wants more improvement later, it would be a much smaller procedure that could be done without going to sleep.
