This young woman in her early thirties from Chesapeake Virginia desired a shapelier torso and more projection of her buttocks from behind and to the sides. Her fat was harvested from the abdomen, flanks, upper and mid back. After detailed planning prior to surgery, we injected her fat in carefully planned out zones of the buttock according to her wishes. Noticing the sides, one side had more injection of fat since it was more concave. A certain zone in the buttocks is important to inject fat for projection and is enhanced by aggressive liposuction of the flanks and low back to give a more dramatic result. She is extremely happy with her new natural and feminine shape.
