This Chesapeake woman in her mid-forties came in for a consultation about her nose. She was considering rhinoplasty. Her main concern was how her tip seemed to drop when she smiled. It appeared this way because of the ala rise, making it more difficult to improve with surgery. After a thorough discussion and video imaging, we came up with a plan for her rhinoplasty. We would lower the hump, project the tip and rotate 1-2mm. She also had osteotomies. Looking at her After photos, she has a very nice improvement and she is very pleased with the results.
