This Portsmouth Virginia woman in her early twenties was concerned by the tip of her nose dropping downward, as well as the hump on her nose. She found these features bothersome from the front view and the side view. Using structural methods in surgery, we were able to control the shape of the nose far better than traditional techniques. Her tip was rotated up 3.5 mm and set back 3 mm. Her hump was taken down and it was also valuable to add width to the middle part of the nose. This area of course is still swollen just four months after her surgery but she breathes very well and is extremely happy with her nose.
