This patient is in her late twenties and is 5 ft 5 in and only 110 pounds. However, she is a great example of a thin woman who can still choose saline implants. She has just enough padding to make the saline implants work very nicely with no rippling and look extremely natural. She chose 435cc on the right and 420cc on the left and is shown at four months. She is extremely happy with her result and calls the procedure “the best decision of my life.”
