This 40 year old body builder from Virginia Beach was referred by a friend for breast implants. She had a significant amount of breast tissue but wanted more fullness above. Upon exam, I noticed that her right breast was slightly smaller. Therefore, we planned to add more saline to that side, resulting in 430cc on the right and 415cc on the left. Despite placement under the muscle, she is comfortable working out with weights, just as she was before.
