This young mother from North Carolina was not happy with the shape of her breasts following pregnancy. She did not plan to have more children, so it seemed like the right time for her to address the sag and she wanted to be larger. We discussed the option of just a breast augmentation but decided the full lift would give her a better result. She had saline implants filled to 400cc on the left and 390cc on the right with a small amount of breast tissue removed on each side to improve shape and symmetry.
