This Southeast Virginia woman in her late forties wanted a mommy makeover to address the loose skin on her abdomen and shape of her breast. She had significant stretch marks after giving birth to quadruplets 20 years ago. We talked about the possibility of not totally eliminating the stretch marks but by placing her scar a little higher and extending it around her sides would help. Her scar was designed to be hidden beneath her underwear and this worked nicely as shown in the photos. She had a breast augmentation at the same time to help shape her breasts.
